Hello friends,

here is the second Land Raider for my Star Claws army. I’m so happy it is finally finished. It’s been laying around for a year or so. This was actually my first Land Raider that I’ve ever purchased. Something like 10 years ago when I first got into the hobby and before the big hobby break I had.

This model had several paintjobs. Before the great revamp it was a proud Demonhunter Land Raider in service for the Inquisition. It is also not the best build because back in the days I didn’t have the patience I have now. In the past I just wanted to finish my models as fast as possible but I also wanted them to look as good as possible. Now I have understood that I can take my time and work in my own personal speed to prevent hobby burnout.

All in all I’m happy with how it turned out even though some parts are missing. Like the lenses on the LasGuns and on the twin linked Heavy Bolter. It wasn’t a special project for me because it was already built and I just had to repaint it. But let’s be honest, a Land Raider is always an impressive model (in my opinion).
So you can say this is a true relic. And it still holds the Machine Spirit.
